Our Construction Consultation is a three part service. First we will meet at your home to look at the property and talk about your goals. Next we will set up a trade day to provide you with detailed financial estimates. Then we will meet again to present our findings and suggested plan of action.
Initial Meeting: Spend up to 90 minutes with none other than Lead Designer Erica Davis. Our Construction Design Consultation is packed with all the advice you need to start a renovation/add-on or move your existing project forward. We will talk about your goals, scope, investment, timeline, desired daily lifestyle, and your design aesthetic. We will either share expert advice you can carry out on your own, or we will map out your design project’s phases with us.
Trade Day: We will bring in our trusted trades to take a look at your project.
Final Meeting: We will present our findings from trade day along with a realistic financial estimates. Here we will present preliminary concepts for your space. If you’ll be working with us, this is your project launch! Additionally, our team will write up any notes from our discussions and directly email them to you in a PDF file, so that you can reference them at your convenience.
